Usually given via customer service when you've had an issue, eg. not been credited for something and they compensate you.

Yes! And they aren't so great as they were at giving you the value of the task when there's been an error. Non-redirecting, late screen out issues I've put tickets in before and I've been compensated with whatever I would have got... since the live chat appeared I've been using that to take up issues, they seem to give 10SB, 25SB at most. I don't think they're even able to give the full value.

This is what puts me off doing a lot of the registration surveys where you can earn 19 or so swagbucks just for your name and email, because the last three I've done haven't been credited and I have to raise a ticket.

My Shamrock 2 wasn't even credited. :mad:
