I gave up on encrave as it seemed vids were playing but it took too long to move to the next step. Came online very late and not gonna meet target as PL's go straight to end screen and no DS left.

Julie did you open a ticket in the end? I did, and got a response telling me that i had actually been credited... but i haven't!! They're saying a different daily survey i did yesterday morning is the travel one.
*sigh* I paid particular attention to my balance before and after doing that DS and i knowww it didn't credit.

Thanks for that I always use chrome and it's not there downloaded puffin now that help on my trip to liverpool on Sunday

I just got a message on enclave saying that I was going through the videos too quickly, and to please stop else I will lose this opportunity. Has anyone else seen this? Yes, I had it in the background and was doing other stuff whilst the videos were playing, but I wasn't skipping videos or anything, just letting it run through. It was only the second run through I've done this morning as well. It's got me worried now that if I refresh it too many times then they'll take it away from me!

I've ran it 3 times and so far not had any messages if that's going to happen I'd rather keep it at 2sb per watch

Hiya, that happened to me when I first found out about it. I refreshed the page and got that message. However you need to close the tab and open it again and it will work fine.
