Completed a brain juicer survey on charity and got to the end it just said "thanks for taking part" but didnt reedirect and hasnt credited, luckily i took a screen print!!

Am I doing something wrong with enclave? i've had it running for about 2 hours and apart from the first 4 SBs I got after about 10 minutes, I've not had anything since. I feel like I'm missing something! Can anyone help a newbie?
