Is your profile up to date? (On 'Answer' page under 'Survey Profiles'). I didn't have any instant surveys because I hadn't updated some sections. Once I did that, the instant surveys started appearing.

Have they changed the way you get points from games? I played about 10 rounds of Swag Run earlier and got none. Had to play three rounds of solitaire for 2 pts. I never seem to be able to earn more than 2 from each game now, and even that's not happening regularly every 2 games like it used to.

Leave a decent time gap between first and second game.

Seems to be the way that works for me.

I have been skinny for years. However, since I've been on sick leave I've gone up 2 dress sizes but still think of myself as skinny when I go into clothing shops! Gets awkward

Also on a sidenote I check when I joined Swagbucks and my first earning of a swagbuck was back in 2008 how things have changed since then!
