You don't need to chase. It will be added after a month or whatever given and will be shown as sign up bonus.

Got all 3 instant surveys in 1 go, tells you another is available at the end and asks if you want to continue! Better than this morning, when all I got was a blank white page and they wouldn't load! Nearly at 1st target now!
