This means that your focus was not on the page and the page had detected it. You can go back onto the page, drag the video to near the end, and it will move back to the next video it should be running.

As per my comments above, either switch browsers and use the ctrl+t technique to tab out, or keep the encrave page active.

This is a bit unusual, as encrave usually runs for everybody and disappears at the same time for everyone.

Perhaps you might want to try running the encrave link from your browser history to see if it credits?

I don't either....
I had the 1SB one yesterday for a short while but I haven't seen the music one since before they took encrave off

Seems strange that some people have got encrave and others not I wonder how they decide if you have it or not
