I know I don't think i'll do anymore for a while. I did 2 on thursday that didn't credit and only got credited for 1 when I put in a ticket.

I don't think they look at the screenshots or the messages we put in I always find them to be generic responses.

I only did one today because I haven't got any other surveys and thought they may have fixed them, apparently not.

I'm with you, I won't be doing any more until it is fixed - unless I get desperate then I'll be foolish with my time again.:rotfl:

So, I'm one of the ones that was thrown out of this survey way into it when I said no to do I buy video games.

    I contacted SB and said:-
I've completed most (10/12 minutes) of this survey, which was about Windows 10. It then asked me how many video games I bought and because I said 0, it disqualified me. Totally unfair - they got all my opinions on Windows 10, which is what the main part of the survey was.

I got the following response last night:-
Thank you for your email. So sorry for the trouble with your survey. I understand it is very frustrating to invest time and effort into a survey then get the message.
I went ahead and credited your account as a courtesy.

:j:j:j (sadly took me way over my already achieved second target, but beggars can be choosers :)

However, the dear soul who replied clearly hadn't read my vent well enough and went on to explain:

The reason the disqualified message appeared is the research company requires a specific profile. Unfortunately, there can be times that your profile does not fit the target criteria. Another reason people can be disqualified, if the survey company recognizes that surveys are taken too quickly and/or with inaccurate answers. Also, the survey company sets a limit on how many people can answer the survey questions. For example, if the survey company only needs 100 people to take a survey and the 100th person completes the survey, you could be in a survey and it closes. The survey can complete sometime while you are in the middle of a survey or even at the end. I know it can be frustrating to get through 25%, 75% or even 90% of the survey and get the “this survey is full” message. The rules are set by the survey company. We do understand how this can be frustrating. You can check your list of surveys to see if you qualify for any other surveys. Also, make sure to keep your profiles updated you may receive more surveys.

Still success nonetheless - put your tickets in, if you haven't already

Well I'm an eye spy but guess that doesn't correspond with what you are talking about lol.

If you mean Swagbucks spies then perhaps they could answer a few questions whilst they are here, like where has encrave gone and why haven't I got any blue vids lol :rotfl:

I didn't have any up until last night (around midnight time it appeared on my main page) however to found it I had to scroll down and as it was at the bottom of the page.
