I sympathise with you. I had one on Saturday which I got the completion screen but it didn't credit and when I put a ticket in yesterday they did credit me but the reply they sent was going on about reasons for disqualification. Now could it be that they don't actually pay attention to what we tell them or look at the screen shots??? Maybe overloaded without complaints about them failing so I'm worried about wasting my time on any in the future.

Thanks got me 7SB and just hit my 2nd target for today, only low at 85 but that means ive hit my 2nd target everyday this month and just made it to 800 to cash out another £5 :-).

I know I don't think i'll do anymore for a while. I did 2 on thursday that didn't credit and only got credited for 1 when I put in a ticket.

I don't think they look at the screenshots or the messages we put in I always find them to be generic responses.

I only did one today because I haven't got any other surveys and thought they may have fixed them, apparently not.

Well I'm an eye spy but guess that doesn't correspond with what you are talking about lol.

If you mean Swagbucks spies then perhaps they could answer a few questions whilst they are here, like where has encrave gone and why haven't I got any blue vids lol :rotfl:
