I've just tried to order my very first gift card and have to verify my account. It wouldn't accept my phone number to send a text so have had to go for the postcard option through the mail. Is this normal? Im guessing I wont have the pin code through in time to get the sale price or perhaps even to redeem in time for Christmas? Does anybody know how long this process usually takes? I'm new to Swagbucks and recently had to do this. It took about 7 days for the card to arrive.
When I put the code in it points out that they don't hold the order, so you have to reorder the gift card you wanted.
I had to go through this twice, as for some reason some of my address was missing from my account info - so it's worth checking yours is correct.

Yes, you can submit a ticket to Swagbucks customer support.

Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page, scroll to the bottom where it says you need more help, select Survey from the drop down menu, then fill out the ticket with as much detail as you have.

Don't worry if you don't have URLs or anything, they can see which surveys you refer to.

Don't let it put you off these surveys as they are not all bad.

PINs usually arrive within 5 days.
If you have clicked on the card to order it today, they will honour the price.

I make more bucks off reporting non working surveys, than I do working ones!

After 2 days of nothing but sbtv and the odd searches I log in this afternoon and hit target immediately with a 126sb dashboard survey. The past couple of days have been hard going - so relieved to get an easy day!

It didn't give me the option to verify by email either.

most people have to verify their first order with the code being mailed to them (people in the us can have it send to their phones) it's a way for them to verify your actual account; the "verify by email" if to verify each gift card you order
