Click on 'How can we help you?' at bottom right of SBs screen. You don't necessarily need a screen shot or the url, just give as much detail as possible.

Same here. Put in a ticket. My survey was LONG too - finding all the ISBN numbers of kindle books is not an easy task!

Where have all the survey's gone - 7sbs

It's dead my end today, no surveys apart from the 80sb non credit one.

I haven't had encave vids for ages either.

Was this one of the "Powered by Toluna" surveys? I've now decided not to bother with any marked like that as I have found Toluna to be a pain in the past and it doesn't look as though they have changed.

It was very long, I actually said that in the feedback questions at the end.

It appears all the 80 SB surveys on the homepage supplied by GlobalTestMarket aren't crediting :-( I've now had 6 over the last 3 days each one I've put a ticket in to SB support and so far they've credited me, however the last one they did ask me for the Survey ID have no idea where to find that...I just supplied them with the content of the survey.
I've just put in another this morning the survey was about my book purchases in October hopefully they will sort this out.

Finally got a survey I could complete! 126 SB woop! :T
