I had several this morning but they don't work when viewing through work network.

There is also a tab on teh front wall saying "Lifestyle - Look what you can make" - its listed as "Discover - Encrave" at the bottom. Again its not working properly at work but looks like something is trying to happen there.

Did an 80SB survey from front page this morning, got all the way through to the end at which point it told me survey was closed and nothing credited, so stuck a ticket in....

Same thing just happened to me. Ive never opened a ticket. How do I do this? Also I didn't get a screen shot and now Ive been hitting the back button and cant get back to that particular page. Is that going to make a difference or should I still put it in a ticket anyway? I did one about book purchasing.

Also put a ticket in for the book purchasing survey, not that it will do any good lol.

Was this one of the "Powered by Toluna" surveys? I've now decided not to bother with any marked like that as I have found Toluna to be a pain in the past and it doesn't look as though they have changed.
