I got side tracked spending my amazon gift voucher balance i just got target 2 in with 30 seconds to go , i do cut it close.
I did a quick dashboard movie survey , a quick tickbox dashboard survey & a quick daily survey despite me in total taking hours.

Put a request in for the flag to be looked at as it definitely sounds wrong and they should remove it for you.
I had flags on my account that I eventually got removed and they were on jobs I'd been given lots of bonus points on for good work. Sometimes it just seems a bit random.
