Best thing to do would be to start from scratch. If you don't need to read through all this, try the step from *** further down.

Are you on a PC or Laptop?
If so, do the following.
Clear cookies and cache then open Chrome and log into Swagbucks as you would normally.

Click on Encrave.
You should see two different options. One music, one entertainment.
Open the entertainment option.

On the left, there will be two things only. These are two Ikea videos, both the same. Click on the videos to play. After a moment or two, you will see the Like and Not For Me buttons light up. Click on Like and the next video will load. Do the same again.

When those two are finished, you should see, at the top right, a button that says Keep Craving. Click on that.

You will then have a longer list of videos, which should be music.
This time you need to click onto Discovery mode.

*** If the video doesn't move on or the tick doesn't appear, take it off discovery mode and wait for the Like/Not For me buttons to light up and click on Like. You can then put it back onto Discovery Mode and it should run through. They can sometimes get stuck like that and just need a kick with the like button

You have to keep 'On Focus' for the videos to run through so make sure your cursor is over the screen if you are 'watching' them or that you have Ctrl'd + Tab'd out correctly.

See if that helps any.

The MSE Link I don't know much about other than lots of people have used it and got their points ok.

Which survey did you do? Which part of Swagbucks did you get the survey from? I ask because some of the offers say they are surveys but they are not real surveys and sometimes they don't credit properly.

Sometimes the offers say "Credit Immediately" but they don't always. As you have only waited an hour for the NowTV offer I would wait another couple of hours and if it doesn't credit then, submit a ticket to customer support.
First of all though, double check you followed all the steps and check the status if you can on the offer wall page.

I had a bit of a shock yesterday when my daily target went up from 30sb to 110!! Of the couple of peanut labs surveys available, I was disqualified from all of them and then encrave wouldn't work either. Apart from a couple of searches 6 & 8 sb earned) I spent the day on sb tv :-(. Today's target is 101 and not doing well on surveys so far but encrave is at least working...

Have you watched all the supersonic ads, unruly media videos on the home page? I have watched at least 10+ today alone, then there are a few superrewards videos under special offers>videos. 10 SB from games, sports encrave just keeps giving you more! You should be able to hit 110 easily with these!

Internet Explorer isn't the best browser to be using for Swagbucks. Well, it isn't the best browser for much, to be honest.

You would benefit a lot more if you used Chrome instead.

Just to add... in case you don't know, you don't have to delete or remove Internet Explorer. You can use two different browsers at once.

Just download Chrome to use with Swagbucks etc.

Everyone has had increased targets because Encrave is back on for most of the day.

When you do a round of Encrave, make sure you go back through the homepage and click on Sports Encrave to do again, rather than clicking 'Keep Craving.'

When you click 'Keep Craving' it takes you through the music videos which take almost twice as long to watch a full round.

You should be able to get 5 or 6 rounds an hour giving you 15/18 SBs a time.
Soon mounts up
