Guess that confirms what you are saying. Looking back at July's figures they were much higher. I wonder if its got anything to do with how you get them? Too many survey's and you get less of a bonus.

Me in the same boat as you. Lost track of the number of surveys that I have tried to start in the last week. Also I have had about half a dozen surveys that I have had no swag bucks for. Cannot be bothering with taking screen prints before I start a survey as I get kicked out of so many. Have no numbers to back up the survey.

I contacted CS 2 weeks ago gave them the name of the survey company what the survey was about. Time started and time kicked out at the end when they were confirming my details. CS said they could find no record of me doing the survey! No swag bucks for that either.

Now I just get on and get my swag bucks as quick as I can. Run TV and Laptop man at same time as doing surveys going back and forward between tabs.

I don't have any surveys showing- had that same message about a dashboard error initially. But now, I just get the loading bar across the whole page. Nothing will load- just blank, other than the constant loading.
