Am I the only person who is having problems with the Trusted surveys? I signed up to do these surveys the other day (it was very well hidden how to do this as I already did the 15 profile surveys!) It worked fab the first day, but ever since (probably 2 weeks ago) I keep getting this error message:

If you click the link to reset, it takes you back to the same error message. Reported to Swagbucks but they said they can see nothing wrong with my account. Any ideas?

No, you're not the only one! Mine's been like this for about 3 weeks now. I contacted CS and they said they would contact the survey company to investigate. Heard nothing, so after 2 weeks I contacted them again. They gave me complex instructions to clear browser and re-set, that kind of thing. Now the page will not load at all. I'm told they're investigating again. Been almost a week and heard nothing.
