And why is that relevant? Can you only win twice on searches per day??

I think 3 is usually the max.

I'm not sure of the exact reason for posting 'dubs', 'trips', etc. on here. Might be more info in the first post of this thread?

Historically, if someone posts that they have had a search win, then it could be a good time for others to try searching. The US people call it 'search gates open' - in other words another set of swagbucks have been released for searching. Occasionally you can get 4 search wins a day although I've never managed that. The reason why people post dubs, trips etc. is just to let others know how many times the 'search gates' have been opened (I think)

    There's no relevance.

You use the search function and you will sometimes get awarded swagbucks and most times you don't.
Saying "Fish fingers for Dubs" is just daft, imo. What does it matter to other people whether you got one search win, two or three or four?

Can anyone tell me what my expectations should be with shop and earn?

Made the order before the weekend and it's all appeared on the swagbucks site fine, and the default message says it'll take 30 days to credit (I'm guessing because at which point there's no chance you can return things and end up having spent less than the amount you've been rewarded for)

Got my order today and a couple of items will definitely be going back, will it update and reduce the amount pending automatically too, just through me sending them back in the post as per normal instructions? Will it definitely credit me the SBs or is there a chance it'll go past the 30 days and I'll have to chase it up?

I bought some stuff and when I sent one item back, the swagbucks were taken back too.

I just went back to using Quidco, who tend to pay more anyway.

Hahaha!! Thank you. I thought it was weird. Then I saw you put 'IMO' and had to think about what this stood for. When I figured it out, I searched 'in my opinion' and got 10sbs!!! (For trips - oh yeah!!)

I remember it saying somewhere that you will get a minimum of 20 points in search wins every day - which on average is three wins, although occasionally (like yesterday) I'll get 4 search wins, or even of I have a big win (e.g. 23 points) I will still get more search wins in a day.

I find if I click through a link every few searches (cos they are usually something I genuinely want to look up anyway), then search wins happen more frequently cos I guess it looks like 'natural' behaviour.

That's a matter of opinion and completely daft to say that these terms have no relevance to Swagbucks. It's not a case of sometimes you'll get awarded and sometimes you won't. It's a case of you can get 3 earch wins each and every day, so why wouldn't you make the most of those swag bucks. Most people like to keep track of their search wins each day, seeing as the majority of people will only get 3 in the UK- unless they stay up most of the night. It will also help you know if you suddenly can't get that number of search wins, that maybe you need to clean out your cache etc.

As someone else rightly pointed out, it helps you to know that you might get dubs, or trips too because you can't get search wins close together- they have to spread out over the course of the day.

Of course, if you like- you can search dubs, or trips and that'll get you a win too.... eventually.

Quackquack has her own opinion on when and how you should search, but take a look at the Facebook threads and you'll soon get a handle for how most people search (hint, the clues are in this post). No-one dare mention it 'out loud' on here anymore, for the retribution from a certain person. So we'll keep it cryptic like the MSing thread!

Was doing a survey on TV programmes, from my dashboard. Had passed its qualifying criteria but suddenly it said 'We are Sorry that you do not want to participate in our survey'. Can anyone tell me how I should report this please?

Happened to me as well which was annoying. I would have hit my target 2 otherwise.
Thankfully it was a quick survey otherwise that would have been annoying.

did 2 PL surveys anyway very quick.
Achieved my first target which is most important.
My £25 voucher i ordered on the 3rd went in yesterday , i know someone ordered the 4th asked so i should think you will get it very soon.

My fiance wanted something so i am ordering it in secret for him , look forward to his shocked face when the post comes in a few days.
He woke up so i had to quickly hide my amazon order - its took me ages finding things. Also buying him an extra birthday present , something for my mom & also a treat for me.
