Was doing a survey on TV programmes, from my dashboard. Had passed its qualifying criteria but suddenly it said 'We are Sorry that you do not want to participate in our survey'. Can anyone tell me how I should report this please?

Can anyone tell me what my expectations should be with shop and earn?

Made the order before the weekend and it's all appeared on the swagbucks site fine, and the default message says it'll take 30 days to credit (I'm guessing because at which point there's no chance you can return things and end up having spent less than the amount you've been rewarded for)

Got my order today and a couple of items will definitely be going back, will it update and reduce the amount pending automatically too, just through me sending them back in the post as per normal instructions? Will it definitely credit me the SBs or is there a chance it'll go past the 30 days and I'll have to chase it up?

Apologies for the lack of posts recently. I hope everyone's OK. I don't know if this has been posted already, but someone called Snorris Borris (yes really) is trying to get people on Swagbucks Facebook to enter into some kind of raffle. This appears to be a scam as he asks for username, password, security question and there is a box which I think he expects you to type in the answer for a 10sb bonus. What will happen is that armed with this information, he will change your password so you can't access your account then clear it out and, of course, swagbucks won't reimburse you. So please, don't be taken in by this person. I have reported him to Swagbucks UK so hopefully he will be blocked on there, but just be aware in case he tries the same scam on here.

And why is that relevant? Can you only win twice on searches per day??
