Yes, that has happened to me too.
I know quite a lot of us wrote in about Encrave not working properly but what good it did when the 4 blinkx don't work now.

Maybe Swagbucks head office try to think up new ways to frustrate us for their own amusement.

You need to scroll down to bottom of the webpage, you'll see a screen with a play button in the centre. This is the video you need to play. Hope this helps

I've had that video 3 times so far today. Each time I have scrolled down and played and watched it all the way through but it hasn't credited once :-(

There is a video on that website but it doesn't credit our Swagbuck accounts.
There is a fault with it as it shouldn't be going to a webpage.
