On my firefox/Chrome browsers there is a popup at the top of your browser bar (slightly above/below the HTTP address bar area) which says allow or deny location details. Have you seen this on yours?

The place to confirm location doesn't appear in the window itself, it comes up in the bookmark toolbar and is very easily missed.

You know if you get something pop up along the lines of "This webpage is asking for permission to access. Allow or Deny" in the toolbar, then that is where you will find the Hyundai thing.

It could be that you have tried it in the past or on another site and not followed the task through to the end, and so it doesn't show again or it could be something that your computer is blocking, such as an ad blocker or it is being filtered by your security software.
