Mine usually credits straight away, if they don't I wait 2 days then contact customer support.

Yeah I've had that scam webpage thing before as well, noted the web address is not even adobe! I've also had a popup on my PC saying they removed some sort of malicious thing yesterday!

My Chrome just crashed as well It crashed twice yesterday...persevere...
