The information is under each individual heading.
For example, if you click Special Offers>Trial Pay you will then see Support in the top right hand corner of the trial pay window.
Its under there that you will see what you have clicked through and when and how to contact support.

Its the same for all the different tabs, such as Revenue Universe, Peanut Labs etc.

I thought that but it was Super Rewards I was having trouble finding it under. I've just realised it's Get Help that you have to click to see what's pending for that particular tab.
