Did you buy this locally? If so I'd be inclined to say you should bring it back to the place you bought it and point these software errors out. If I had it and its installation disc here I dare say I'd have it sorted in less than 30 minutes but to try and tell you what to do without actually seeing it myself is something I wouldn't find easy.
For what it's worth though I'd say you're missing the drivers for the webcam.
You need to do a hardware search for the audio device.
I'm not familiar with Windows 8 but on all other versions I know you don't need to install drivers for a mouse, they're already there.
Nothing serious wrong with the machine though as you've described it.
Are you able to go back to where you bought it?0 -

d/l Toshiba drivers here - http://www.toshiba.co.uk/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=UK
TBH it sounds like it's a return after someone's been messing about, maybe bodged a re-install of Windows.
There an option to do a "factory restore" from a copy of Windows on a hidden disk partition- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yuJatOVvxuM0 -
1 download the drivers, as above.
Reboot. Report back.0 -
Fantastic lads. OldGit, you should do this. If you download the drivers for all three items then Windows should find the audio device for you. If it doesn't we can talk you through doing a manual "find".
