emsjune78 - your let off the hook they didn't have any cherry in the tesco I went to :(

Did i did get 2 other nip+fab sets sweet almond and a spiced apple £1.87 each. But not ins for me mums had them to give as gifts next Christmas or for raffle prizes :)

But I do have 2 ins used that soap and glory voucher I got in Christmas set.
I got the fab pore and wish upon a jar. Will add them to my list later. I'm on my phone at the moment. 1 more out too though body shop face mask is getting chucked I couldn't revive it enough to make it worth keeping. Got one more use out of it but it's not the right consistency and a chore to apply :(

Oh a nail varnish sneaked home too was by the till only 50p!
I don't count my nail varnishes on here as there would be way too many ins n no outs but I'm thinking I might take a piccy of them share with you later (you'll see why I don't include them ;)) need to get them all out give them a sort
    x

Phew, glad I'm off the hook for enabling! :D Shame they didn't have the cherry though really at that price, I noticed they'd gone down again last night so got four more sets **for presents** but we didn't have any cherry left in our store either so got two Sugared Almond and two Spiced Apple. Won't count those as IN unless I do decide to use any myself - not even tried any Nip + Fab yet, let alone these sets, might hate the stuff :rotfl:She says seven sets later!

Buying minis of products is pretty costly. Maybe you should invest in some refillable bottles (I've previously picked these up from Superdrug) and decant products into these to take to your other places of residence.

Aldi and Lidl also have these sometimes. Or, if I do buy a mini or get one in a set, I decant into this when the product is finished. The advantage of this - apart from it costing nothing - is that you can put shower gel in a shower gel bottle, shampoo in a shampoo bottle etc, and don't have to worry about labelling it or forgetting what it is. I presently have shampoo in a Charles Worthington mini bottle - I can't remember what shampoo it is, but I do know it is shampoo. Handy to have it ready for when I go away as well.

So I went to just test the shade of foundation in Boots... Turns out L'Oreal have massive gaps between shades, so my current one (Rose Vanilla) was too dark, but the next one down in that tone (Rose Ivory) makes me look like a ghost... Got somewhat coerced into trying the No7 colour matcher and ended up as Warm Ivory in their Essentially Natural foundation. Oops, another IN...

In mitigation, I bought cotton wool with my Boots points knowing I'd get a No7 voucher at the till, so then went round the queue again to get my foundation at £3 off! Now just need to bin the £5 off skincare vouchers before I get tempted.
didn,t you know you can never escape from Boots?it is like Hotel California:rotfl:

noelphobic - that is exactly what I do with my empty mini bottles, my set of Ren minis are all filled with the relevant product ready for going away.

And - that is pretty bad of Royal Mail, I hope they take it up with your postie.

I have three uu (they all seem to be in threes at the mo)

BS Candied Ginger Bubble Bath - 300ml, WBA.
BS Candied Ginger Body Butter - full size pot, WMBA but I do find their body butters a bit sticky.
DHC Deep Cleansing Oil - 30ml, WBA, it does a good job, I have two more this size already though.

    Welcome Lindsey.

  • Found a couple more products when I was clearing out a drawer last night looking for my passport:

    - Rimmel Stay Matte foundation sample in Ivory
    - L'Occitane Rose Petals Ultra Rich Body Cream
    - L'Occitane Rose Petals Lip Balm

These were all from before I restarted the challenge though so not couting as INs! I will change the numbers in my sig and update my list post shortly.

On the plus side, my Bourjois 123 Perfect foundation is spluttering so I might be able to use up the foundation sample soon - every cloud and all that...

VALM - I loved Hannibal - I thought Mads Mikkelson played Lector really well. Currently rewatching the Following for the run up to series 2.
    .

I'm really enjoying Hannibal and think we have about 3 episodes left. Not sure if I will watch the next Season of The Following. Whilst I enjoyed the first one and liked the constant tension of trying to guess who was part of the cult and who wasn't MrM spent most of the time getting angrier and angrier at the ineptness of the FBI in it. I do like Kevin Bacon though.

What night creams do people recommend for oily skin? Still haven't found my HG.

I have normal/combination skin with a very oily T zone from time to time. I enjoy using LE Skin Repair for Normal/Combination as a night cream as I find it too thick for day wear. She does an oily version. Perhaps if you have a John Lewis or flagship Boots nearby you could pop in and try this out.

Another UU for me : LE 30ml tube of C&P. No need to repurchase as I have 2 x full sizes and about 4 of these mini tubes in my stash.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I may be a little sad and photograph my lush stash every year, I have lost last years photo but I found the one from 2012. I thought I may have improved somewhat but I don't really think I have.

So last night I used half a Marzibain, a headless melting snowman (freebie) and a cinders. Lovely spicy bath!!
I STILL haven't updated my stash list with my Lush INs, why??!
Also OH last night said 'just how many Lush Christmas things did you buy??!' well....I did warn him I was getting a few, sighhhhhhh.
I don't think men really understand the lush addiction. :)

    OK, here we go:
    Lush INs
    Rose Jam shower gel 500ml
    Glogg Shower gel 500ml
    Avowash Shower gel 500ml
    Randy Butter buttercream 100g
    Fizzy O Therapy ballistic
Luxury Lush Pud x2 (1 already UU)
    Shoot for the stars x2
Lord of Misrule x4 (2 freebies)
Melting snowman (freebie and already UU)
Star Light Star Bright melt x3 (1 freebie)
    Christmas Eve x2
    Cinders x3 (1 UU)
    So White x2
    Golden Wonder x2
    Bombardino x2
    Candy Mountain

I think that's it, I bought the OH 2xmedium Ponche, and 2x 500ml of Tramp. He will get through those before next Christmas I expect so not gonna count his INs in my challenge.
Here we go again, back to square one with my items to use. To be honest, if I wasn't in this challenge I would still have tonnes from last Christmas to UU, isn't that bad?
As it stands I have one santa's sack, some soap which will keep fine anyway and 1/2 and Xmas Eve. The bubbles from last year must be used up before I can enjoy my fresh ones so they will be added to PP :-D
