Left over turkey
White lasagne sauce
Carrot, swede and potato mash

Make like a cottage pie, by cooking carrot, potato and swede and making a mash.

Cook white sauce on pour over unheated turkey in caserole dish.

Place mash over the top, like a cottage pie.

You now have a COLEMANS PIE!
