Aqua credit card coming to an end, who should I go to next?

Hey guys,
I've been reading about the posts regarding Aqua credit card closing their reward card customer accounts (I got the letter last month to say my account would be closed in the January).
I'm wondering which credit cards people are moving on to next?
I have had an AMEX platinum card for nearly 5 years now so I only receive 1.25% on that, but as we know it's not accepted everywhere and I was paying commission when using it abroad so the Aqua Reward card was a lifesaver for that, as well as still giving me a good % cashback!
Given that there are still places that do not accept AMEX, I always need to keep a back-up in my purse for retailers that don't accept AMEX- which card could be a good replacement for Aqua? Are there any cards at the moment that are offering cashback and 0% on spend abroad?? I've only seen the Capital One credit card on MSE section on travel money but the cashback is only 0.5% and I wanted to ask around and see if there were any better deals?
Any tips greatly appreciated! Thanks guys x

You can stay with Aqua if you want, but you'll get 0.5% instead of 3%. I think it still includes the overseas use, but for me, the credit limit is too low just for that, so I swapped to Nationwide Select.
A number of us have moved over to Luma as it offers 4% on selected shops (mainly shopping and fuel), but they are no longer accepting new customers.0 -
Hi Gromitt, thanks for the reply. Yes I agree the credit limit for Aqua is too low and I've already gone over the limit and been penalised for it! Even after I asked for a higher limit the best they could give me was £650 a month!
I'm going to keep a look out for any new deals in the mean time though, thanks for the reply!0
