Find a bit of quiet woodland, pop your rosemary into the ground in a secluded spot and return for it in the spring.

Grow cannabis with the grow lights! Then pop your rosemary back in to hide the aroma....
Only having a giggle.
A house was rented up our road, and the police infra red camera in the helicopter found it.
We all roared laughing.
But it was a commercial venture in the roof space all the same. And the tenants were arrested.
As someone else said, give it n loan to someone with an outdoor space.
