Ugh, that's ages
Well good news is nsd #14?:j
Had a right set to with an online company today. Ordered something for OH b'day. 6 days later they reduced the price so I queried whether they would price match. Big fat no, told to return the ordinal order and re-buy if I wanted to do that (despite the fact I pointed out it would likely cost them the diff to process the return). Clearly stated that I would be retuning the item in person as the warehouse was nearby, only response I got was the returns paperwork.
Fast forward to lunchtime, took item to warehouse, was refused as I wasn't a proper courier  called company standing outside warehouse who said they'd emailed me to say it would have to be returned by courier. I explained I clearly hadn't got the email, they said 'we'll you replied to others', to which I slits my rag and questioned what on earth I would be doing standing outside the !!!!!!!g warehouse had I received that email about the courier and it would have had an impact on my second order decision :mad:
Requested a pre paid courier label as a gesture of goodwill, refused. Requested escalation to manager and a call back. Numpty in customer services said he'd make a note but I wouldn't get a call back since as far as they were concerned they'd met their SLA.
Well, IMO they have fallen far short of their SLA and once I eventually get my refund, will be hearing a great deal more from me :mad::mad:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
