I called them to update my earnings and tell them what I am likely to earn this year. The lady told me that they already knew what I had / will earn - she knew exactly what was on my p60.
I explained that I didn't want to be over paid this year , but she said that a renewal was on it's way and if everything is correct I don't have to do anything.0 -
That's great. Thanks for your advice :-) I will give them a call again in the morning. Thanks again.0

Still trying to get my head around this.
On last years award letter it told me what I would get for last year. It then says "from April 6th 2014 we have used an income of £27,1524.28 to work out your payments. From 9th April 2014 you will get £41.83 every week"
Does that mean as long as I don't earn over £32,154 year 2014 - 2015 (their estimate plus £5k) these payments I'm getting now will still stand?
I will just have an over payment of £84 from last year to pay back?0 -
That seems quite a big payment. I earned around £12K last year and get just over £7a week.Still trying to get my head around this.

update on this. despite ringing tax credits weeks and weeks ago, ringing them every Wednesday when payment goes in. they still keep on paying me based on a estimate from last year! I have not had any renewal - they say I am on the new automatic system. Last Wednesday an operator said yet again, that payments will now stop. we will see. They say there has been some glitches on their system. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr0
