GodMother wants to buy my dd a belated xmas gift

My dd's God Mother called me today to say she wants to buy her something that she needs. She wasn't able to buy anything for Christmas but wants to do so now.
She said she doesn't want to buy toys but something she needs ie school shoes, school coat. I think that's a great idea but I don't know what to suggest as during the Sales I bought school shoes and coat as well as 2 pairs of Clarkes for going out.
She doesn't need clothes and she was given a Next voucher that I haven't used yet.
Can you guys give any suggestions?
My first thought was to ask for the money I paid for her school shoes but I wouldn't want to do that.

What about asking for a voucher from where you usually get her clothes. Then when she needs something you can get it.0

If she hasn't started swimming lessons yet that would be a great gift, and something new and exciting for her.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
