holiday in october

Its my birthday in october and usually go away for the weekend, but since we've been trying to cut back I need to find somewhere as cheap as possible but not cheap and nasty. Last year we left it a little later and managed to get down to london for a few days and saw inxs two nights of the belt (cheap tickets haggled with the touts!!) and had a decent b&b but I want something a little nicer this year.

Havent got a car anymore (waste of cash) so will have to travel by train and only want to spend about £100 - £150 on accomodation for two nights. I have been looking into prague as i keep hearing how cheap it is for a meal, wine, beer etc but unsure about flights?

Any ideas will be really appreciated. ( the cheaper the better)
