Hi every body I want to ask this question for my sister.
She is currently living in a council house which she wants to buy under Right To Buy but she can not figure out how much discount she will be entitled to because she first started living in a council house in 1990 but then in 2011 she did a mutual exchange with another council tenant to present. now because she did the mutual exchange does she lose the discount for all of those years.
I look forward for someone to answer this Thank You

Your sister's discount will accrue from the date she first became a council tenant. So, in her case, from 1990.Got Halifax Classic to reduce my interest rate by 5% woohoo - 10/06/08 Thanks MSE!
Another 3% shaved off 10/12/08
