I dont really know what I am doing !
So I have made a quilt top, I have bought some batting and some sheeting for the back but not really sure what to do next. I had it written down but have lost it!
I am unsure as to the order of things I need to do. I was thinking that i should do the following but I may be wrong.
Press the quilt top (its still all rageddy at the edges)
cut batting (which i have to join) and sheet 2" bigger than quilt top.
iron sheet and tape to kitchen floor and put batting on top. put quilt top on top of this.
I have bought some quilting pins and i was going to put these through all three layers from centre out.
not sure what to do then! do I stitch my very simple pattern now.
then do I add the border at the end?
if anyone could help i would be very grateful!!

you have got it correct
i use a light spray of fabric glue to make sure i have no creases on my backing fabric as i quilt
like this
http://www.amazon.co.uk/ODIF-505-Temporary-Spray-Adhesive/dp/B0051F7930/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388435325&sr=8-1-fkmr0&keywords=quilting+fabric+spray+glue
i have made several full size quilts and its still almost full
