Game.co.uk - being regular pain in the b*tt

Hiya,

Ordered a Wii U Premium package from Game.co.uk for a very good price back in Nov - after the use of an appropriate voucher, as per a recommendation from HUKD.
Wii U package was being sold with Mario and Luigi games in the pack, plus Game were throwing in download codes for Wii U Tennis and Wii U Bowling.
Pack arrived safe and sound, and the kids loved it on Christmas day.

Unfortunately the download codes for the Tennis and Bowling were not in the box, nor were they emailed to me (as other people had had according the HUKD).
Chased Game about this on several occasions since the end of Nov and got replies basically asking me to check this and that fobbing me off. Finally got email last week to say the download codes had now expired, so they could not send me any. but "Thanks for your business" and they expected me to just accept this.
Tried again via email a couple more times explaining to them that they sell the games via downloads anyway from their site so they should just be able to send codes to me.
Yesterday threatened them with raising Trading standards claim if they did not either refund me for the two games or supply codes.
Today got the following:

Iff the codes where not in the box then we will need you to return the whole order so we can issue you a new console. Are you willing to do this?

Thing is the package with these downloads included is no longer sold on their site, and the package they do (without codes) sell is more that I spent in Nov (with the codes)

So if I return the pack are they just likely to tell me to reorder at the new/higher price?

Know that this is probably a lot of fuss about not much, but its the principle that Game can't just mess people about like this.
