Phones4U excellent service

As one of those who regularly moans about poor customer service I thought I should post praise for good service from Phones4U. Without going into too much detail as I still have issues with my new network provider to explore, my new phone with a technical problem was exchanged without question this morning for another new one, with courtesy, speed and without me even being offered a repair, or asking for a replacement.
