I ordered some items from this on-line store before Christmas.
They arrived with a component missing,which renders them useless. The only way to contact them is by email,which they have totally ignored. I will avoid them in future.

I think you'll find that telephone number mentioned in post #2 is at the bottom of every page on their website.

Should you wish to visit them or write a real letter, you'll also find their Penarth Road Cardiff address on every page of their website.

And if you wish to get even more formal, the address of their registered office is also shown on each page.

Yes,their telephone number is displayed,but they don't answer it.
(Have phoned six times.)
