Which is best to buy, Dremel or Ferm multi tool sander/grinder?

Hello everyone,
I am looking for some knowledgable advice.
I want to buy a multi tool sander/grinder 'thingy' to use in making prosthetic wings, ears and horns (for body painting props)
Materials most commonly used will be foam, rubber, resins and latex
Could someone kindly advise me on which brand, if any, would be best for me to buy?
Or are they all of a similar standard and any one of them will do the job?
Thanks for any advice offered.
