advice on renting spare room in my flat

Evening all, just had another question in relation to renting out my room, does the bed size matter I have not been able to come across one yet.

if i get a single bed rather than a double would this in your minds put people off. I have looked at spare room and see a couple with single beds but who know how much interest they have had in the past.

The mattress is a great deal more important than the frame! That frame is fine if it goes with what else is in the room.
