    as above, make a trifle, but I'd make a very boozy chocolate trifle. whipped up cream & melted leftover xmas choc's, tinned fruits, no jelly, I made some last week & it was the most amazing thing!

    There isn't much of a sweet nature that can't be cured by lashings of custard slathered all over it ;)

    A very posh bread n butter pudding. It would be lovely with cream, brandy butter or ice cream :)
