Hello, hoping someone can help! My mum is in the process of selling her house, to move down near us, but has not found another to buy. We are wondering about where the best place is to put the proceeds of the sale before she finds somewhere else. Looking forward to some advice! Thanks all.

check out the savings forum.
You probobly need an instant access account.A savings one will pay around 1.5% (use comparison sites) or look at interest-paying current accounts (Lloyds, BOS, TSB, Santander all at 3% but with qualification rules and max limits on balances).0 -
We were in a similar situation when building our house. We used the Skipton Building Society for a good interest rate and easy transfer of funds, very helpful and friendly people.0
