Quite a lot of bullies on this section of the forum I have noticed. Some people do over react, some people may be feeling down or already stressed but what I have seen on here over the last few days is nothing short of the pack mentality. It actually makes the one's criticizing look like the sad one's. What happened to "if you have nothing positive to say then say nothing at all" ?

Am I missing something or is this not a joke thread?

Your comments might be on target in a thread where the OP was genuinely posting distraught over a Christmas incident, but this is a leg pull, so I am not sure what point you are making.

And to be fair some of the posts in the vein of the OP have probably been posted as joke anyway despite appearing genuine.

People do react differently to things but sometimes a reality check by others is a good thing.

In the scheme of things none of the issues seems that serious. My friend has been flooded out all Christmas, and yet another starts a 4 week course of Chemo today......

    Are you stalking me?

This started as a light-hearted thread, but the pack mentatility has clearly shown through: You and David (like in the other thread), ganging up against people who have a different outlook on life to yourselves. Running around, thanking people for posts if you like the person, irrespective of whether their comments were correct or helpful, just to reinforce your pack.

..if you like the person.. Running around..!!!!???
    :rotfl:
Me and David .. Ha ha
    I'll thank who and when I want..thanks..
Nice try but not good enough..( actually very poor try and very transparent)
The bullying is not light hearted and it's continuing,

If you think it is bullying then report it to the forum team, who will decide, and get the posts removed and the posters PPR'd.

Surely at Christmas adults can moderate their own behaviour
  • 2 particular posters seem to be ganging up on the others then accuse others of doing the same.

    Crazy.

Why would they be able to just because it's Christmas?
