Charged full price for sale item!

Hi - I bought a couple of items today in House of Fraser. Both items were in the sale, yet when I got home and looked at the receipt I found that I'd been charged full price for one of the sale items; a difference of £10.
I've contacted their customer service, who tell me that my only option is to visit the store again. As that store is 20+ miles away and in a town I only visited as a one-off on a day out, I don't want to waste my precious time and petrol doing that.
I've got the receipt, plus the packaging for the item (complete with bar code and sale price stickers) so can prove what I'm saying however House of Fraser customer service are having none of it.
Do I have any other recourse please?
Thanks in advance.

If you can find their phone number, contact the store directly and see if you can speak to a manager.
Explain the problem and ask if they would be able to do anything if you were to scan or photograph the receipt and price sticker and send them as an e-mail attachment.0 -
Have they verified that you were charged the wrong price? Or are they saying it should've been full price and a customer must have changed the stickers? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Hi - the House of Fraser customer service team haven't tried to verify anything with me. They've just told me to take the item back to the branch I purchased it from and sort it out with them which, due to the distance and cost of that travel I don't want to do.0
