    Thanks SL! Managed to run the 5k...it wasn't pretty as haven't run much at all lately, but I managed it! :)

    Well yesterday wasn't a NSD after all but we only bought bread and essentials totalling £7 so happy with that.

    Monday again! :(

    Thanks SA! Yes been and gone and a distant memory now :( All focused on the house buying now! Waiting for a decision on our mortgage and the waiting is killing me!

    Ah, good luck with getting back into the running. It amazes me that it takes ages to build up your fitness and no time at all to lose it! :mad: I am gradually getting there though. Sure you will too. :)
