Can anyone please help me with my Hoover Optima Washing machine ?

Hi,
I have had my Hoover Optima Washing machine for over 7 years now.
Over the last few months, it has been getting steadily worse !
Whatever wash cycle I now select, it will complete the 1st full wash and then empty the drum over several minutes. I then get an 'E03' error message and the wash then stops.
I then turn the machine off and have to wait for no more 120mins for the machine to cool completely before I then complete the wash with a 'Rinse' and 1400RPM 'Spin' Cycle. For each of the 'Rinse' and 'Spin' Cycles, I always get an 'E07' error message before they complete. For info, I know they complete as I have timed and looked at the cycles to confirm completion.
Really confused as to what is happening so any advise would be most welcome.
I know that E** error messages are a common feature with Hoover washer machines and TBH, I will probalbly never buy a Hoover product again.
Many thanks

Thanks...but this means absolutely nothing to me or my OH as we are almost totally gadget useless
!:) :)Have a beer! :beer:0 -
It means what it says: that it's a pump issue. Start by checking for kinks or blockages in the drain hose, and check for an obstruction in the pump impeller-the manual will tell you how to access this;No free lunch, and no free laptop

Er no...my manual does not advise how to access this. Can you please explain in lay man's terms ?It means what it says: that it's a pump issue. Bottom front of the machine there should be a filter you can remove and clean, might be behind a panel that pulls off0

So have you checked the drain hose as suggested> This is always the first thing to look at, esepcially if the machine has been moved. Pull the machine forward and see if you can run a cycle without interruption. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Tried this a few days ago without any success.
So does that mean you found the impeller to be clear, or that you couldn't find the hatch to access it?
if you've done all this and are still getting the error message, then you've probably done all you can and need to get a white goods engineer in to have a look at it. Possibly a PCB issue. No free lunch, and no free laptop
