I have rented my house off mum and dad for the last 3 years, they need to sell and i would love to buy this house.
I currently have 2 other tennants too..
How do I go about starting the process..

are you going to be buying alone or with your partner?
will you be buying for market value using a deposit or will your parents be giving you a discount? (this could limit lenders)
what amount are you looking to borrow and what is your income?0 -
Also, will you need to take the lodgers' rent into account before you can afford to buy it?0
