Hi Everyone,
Not sure if I am posting in the right place here, apologies if not.
I'm desperately trying to reduce outgoings and one area I really need to look at is food shopping. My kids absolutely love spaghetti Bolognese and lasagne but I have to admit to having become really lazy buying countless jars of sauces and also ready meals on occasion to save time although probably costing an absolute fortune.
I'll happily admit I'm not the best cook so put it off mainly because I worry that it's not going to be any good but I need to give it a try.
Can anyone advise a nice easy spag bol and lasagne that I could make in bulk and freeze in portions? I'm not even sure what ingredients I would need to buy! Also I'm really unsure about buying minced beef, I always go for the extra lean steak mince as I worry what is in it but it costs an absolute fortune!
Thanks in advance for any replies.
