Hi apologies if I'm in wrong place ,can anybody please advise me ,my nan has always had a phone contract ,her last one ran out with earphone warehouse in November and she has just tried to get a new one with c p w online,she has just got an email saying this has failed credit check ,she has never missed a payment in her life ,I'm hoping this is as she pensioner 70 yrs if not I'm worried that someone may be using her details ,is it common to fail due to age ,my grandad got one last year and he is 3 years older than her so I'm really worried for her

She needs to check her credit files to see what is on there. It may be that she failed due to affordability, not any adverse information.
