I have two bins at front of house on small paved area. Does anyone have any good ideas to camouflage them cheaply?

I think you need to give a bit more information - are you looking to stick something on the bins to make them look different, or is there scope to hide them behind something? It's quite easy to find wooden wheelie bin stores - is that the kind of thing you are looking for? Or some kind of trellis with a plant growing through?

I had a planter trough with trellis which has been smashed in high winds. This worked well but to replace is too expensive. Need something free standing but sturdy I can then use trough to grow plants up it. Problem is I can't fix anything in ground as it is cobbled stone!

Why not just plant a line of conifers or similar plants in the trough? No need then for a trellis or support. Or just google 'freestanding trellis', there are loads of them - here's an example....
