I do hope someone is checking your messages before you send them.
Yes, I do...(fiverr...)but I noticed some of my mistake (tired since I work on average 12 hours per day (self-training+ job search)).

The version below of my previous MSE message is (maybe) better :
Frankly, if someone remove me from his linkedin contacts because I asked him if he doesn't have any opportunity then I could only thank him since I believe that certainly we do not have anything to share.

No, it is still pretty terrible. Ask at your local college or library about English conversation classes, you need to learn how to use the language naturally, as opposed to translating things literally.

It is NOT randomly I am sending messages to only head of department or recruiting manager...

May I know why you though that was randomly?

And obviously, I equally applying on usual jobboards.
Why did I think it was random?

Well the figure 300 kinda said RANDON to me!

You have 300 connections on LinkedIn?

You must be a full member if you are sending messages to people via LinkedIn?

In fact, I would simply like to know what you think about a jobsearch by a way described at the following link :

    http://www.myworldofwork.co.uk/content/find-jobs-that-arent-advertised
Yes that's what you are doing no?? With the 300 people you are contacting?

I don't think by phone is good as we used to dodge those kind of calls at my last co. Unless you have the direct line for the person and know they are not going to be annoyed you are taking up their time.

Can you give me your 'right' version so I could directly see what is so terrible?

What are you using linkedin for so?

Frankly, if someone remove me from his linkedin contacts because I asked him if he do not have any any opportunity then I could only thank him since I believe that certainly we do not have anything enough to share.
You have a lot to share. A friend of mine lives in LA and she works for a large hotel and I look at all the connections she has that work for UK based companies and have looked for jobs that way. Obviously I am not asking her if she has a job as she is in LA but you can look at 2nd connections and 3rd parties to see further options.
