Another hospital PCN, from CPP

Well, just a quick update to say that I took the 'soft' route and spoke to the lady in the management team. She got it cancelled for me (have confirmed this via CPP) and so the matter ends.
Sorry I can't add to the knowledge on the website regarding fighting these things. I considered going down the appeal route, but to be honest, I'm busy enough with work things and took the 'easy way out'...
Having said that, thanks for the support and knowledge which you shared with me and keep up the good work!
Coincidentally (;)), the day after I contacted this lady, the head of HR sent an all-users email reminding people they need to display their passes in Trust car parks or risk a "penalty" [sic]. I wonder what prompted that...?0 -
Yep you can add to the knowledge because in a minute I will add your success to post #2 of the 'Successful complaints about PPCs' sticky thread here:

Helps others win by complaining to the right person. Yours is a shining example.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK, well glad to be of some help then and pay back in a small way!0

funny how these landowners or minions still like to use words like PENALTY or FINE, when clearly its illegal to do so !!0

Hi guys
I've read the previous topics on this thread and on the newbies thread but this seems the most relevant to my case. I currrently work in a hospital environment and was parked in staff parking at the time with a valid permit clearly show on display, needless to say I somehow still received a ticket stating 'parked without a valid permit.'
My wheel may have been slightly over the allocated bay line but I'd really like to know if I have any room for argument before appealing . if so should I appeal now while there is still room within the 14 day notice period (received yhe ticket on 04/02/14) or wait to receive the NTK letter?
Any help would greatly appreciated0 -

and start your own thread if you need any more help please , thanks0 -
You need to start your own thread on this, you agreed not to hijack other people's threads in the forum T&Cs.
Before you do that though, have a read through the Newbies thread at the top of the parking board. That has everything you need to tackle this.0 -
