On Christmas Eve my beloved Swatch Watch that I had had for almost 5 years broke & so I took it in to Swatch Birmingham to see whether it could be repaired. Unfortunately due to where the break was they couldn't repair it. While I was there I saw the £25 mystery box promo & asked about it. Well basically the manager said that he would refund me the cost of my broken watch against any new watch as long as I paid the £25 to do the mystery box promo (and I would get a mystery box too). He refunded me exactly what I paid for my Swatch all those years ago. Ended up buying a slightly more expensive irony watch and got a Ducky Brigade (sells for £45 online) watch from the £25 mystery box promo too all for the princely sum of £41!!
